FLUENT材料模型中的NISTRealGas模型

FLUENT的材料模型里面有個(gè)NIST Real Gas模型,這個(gè)材料模型給與常用制冷劑有關(guān)的仿真計(jì)算帶來(lái)了莫大的方便。下面簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下這個(gè)模型的使用。
從事制冷、空調(diào)、壓縮機(jī)等行業(yè)的人對(duì)REFPROP這個(gè)制冷劑數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件應(yīng)該都不陌生。REFPROP是Refrigerant Properties兩個(gè)單詞的縮寫,這個(gè)軟件是由美國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)研究所NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)開發(fā)的,軟件中包含了幾乎所有常用制冷劑(R600,R134a等等)的材料模型。所謂NIST Real Gas模型,就是從REFPROP7.0中導(dǎo)入的制冷劑材料模型。
REFPROP7.0中包含了39種純制冷劑熱動(dòng)力學(xué)和傳輸特性信息,并且能提供這些制冷劑混合物的特性信息。下表是所有的材料名稱。

FLUENT中要使用NIST Real Gas模型時(shí),可輸入text commant進(jìn)行激活。具體操作步驟如下:
1.輸入激活NIST Real Gas Model的命令:
define/user-defined/real-gas-models/nist-real-gas-model
use NIST real gas? [no] yes
如果需要一種以上的制冷劑,則以上命令改為:
define/user-defined/real-gas-models/nist-multispecies-real-gas-model
use multispecies NIST real gas? [no] yes
回車后對(duì)話平臺(tái)會(huì)列出可用的pure制冷劑的清單:

2.從列出的清單中選擇自己需要的制冷劑:

如果上一步選擇的是一種制冷劑,則系統(tǒng)會(huì)提示選擇一種制冷劑。在提示后輸入制冷劑data file名稱。這里注意輸入內(nèi)容要包括雙引號(hào)""、材料名稱(如r125)以及擴(kuò)展名.fld

如果上一步選擇的是多制冷劑,則系統(tǒng)會(huì)先讓你輸入制冷劑種類數(shù)量:
- Number of species [] 3

然后分別輸入制冷劑data file:

然后FLUENT會(huì)從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中Load制冷劑數(shù)據(jù),并在對(duì)話平臺(tái)報(bào)告相關(guān)信息:

3.FLUENT默認(rèn)為制冷劑是在氣體狀態(tài)下,如果你的運(yùn)算是在液體狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行,則需要輸入命令更改制冷劑狀態(tài):

- define/user-defined/real-gas-models/set-phase Select vapor phase (else liquid)?[no]

通過以上幾步就激活了NIST Real Gas模型。

另外使用NIST Real Gas模型還有以下方面需要注意:

1.NIST Real Gas模型激活后FLUENT的Material對(duì)話框?qū)⒉荒艽蜷_,將不能對(duì)材料模型做任何修改。因此在激活該模型之前要對(duì)計(jì)算所涉及到的固體材料提前設(shè)好。

2.使用NIST Real Gas模型時(shí)其他流體材料模型將無(wú)法使用,比如,無(wú)法將空氣或水也加入計(jì)算中。

3.進(jìn)出口邊界只能設(shè)為Pressure-inlet, mass flow-inlet, and pressure-outlet幾種。

4.不能使用多相流模型。
-
5.如果是較低版本的FLUENT,則只能在選用了Coupled Solver時(shí)才能激活NIST Real Gas模型。
